FAQ

FAQ

Do you offer OEM for padel court brands and installers?

Yes — Pano Court offers full OEM/ODM services for padel court distributors, installers, and private-label brands. Customization covers branding (logo on glass + frame), color schemes, graphics, packaging, and bespoke component specifications.

The OEM program includes free 3D rendering of branded courts, unlimited design revisions before production, dedicated project management, and confidentiality agreements (NDA) for brand-sensitive partners. Minimum order quantity for OEM customization is 5 courts per shipment to maintain cost efficiency, with full-container (FCL) shipping recommended for cost optimization.

A padel court is 20m × 10m and enclosed by walls used in play, while a tennis court is 23.77m × 8.23m (singles) and open with no playable boundaries. Padel uses solid perforated rackets and depressurized balls; tennis uses strung rackets and pressurized balls.

Commercially, a padel court occupies roughly the same footprint as a tennis court but generates 3–4x higher revenue per square meter due to shorter average match times (60–90 minutes vs 90–180 minutes for tennis) and higher utilization rates — typically 60–80% peak occupancy at established padel clubs vs 30–50% at tennis clubs. This is a key reason many tennis club operators are converting underutilized tennis courts into 2–3 padel courts. Pano Court regularly supports tennis-to-padel conversion projects with site assessment and modular court designs.

I offer a range of services including  court design, 15-30 days ,front-end development,  design, responsive design, solutions, and brand identity creation. Visit my Services page for a detailed overview.

Yes — Pano Court ships padel courts DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to 30+ countries across Europe, North America, Middle East, Latin America, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. Active markets include USA, Spain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Mexico, Singapore, Australia, South Africa, and Nigeria.

DDP shipping means all duties, taxes, and customs clearance are handled on our side, so you receive courts at your warehouse or job site with no surprise charges. Sea freight transit time is 20–35 days from Shanghai or Tianjin port to most major destinations worldwide.

A regulation padel court must meet FIP (International Padel Federation) technical standards, covering dimensions, glass thickness, turf specifications, lighting (minimum 300 lux for recreational, 500+ lux for tournament), and net placement. For tournament-level venues, FIP-approved or FIP-recognized certification is required.

Additional certifications buyers should verify in a padel court manufacturer include ISO 9001 (quality management system), CE marking (European market compliance), and EN 12193 (sports lighting standard). Pano Court holds ISO 9001 and CE certification, manufactures all courts to FIP technical standards, and offers FIP-approved configurations on request for tournament venues.
